SureCheck privacy

Effective October 13, 2026. Contact: support@syensystems.com.

Phone numbers and email addresses

Inputs are processed to return the requested check. The SureCheck application does not save contact inputs in its database or its application access logs. Phone checks use local numbering-plan metadata. Email domain queries go to DNS infrastructure. The service does not perform live carrier lookups or guaranteed mailbox verification.

Account, usage, and billing records

The application stores project names, key identifiers and hashed API-key credentials, plan and credit limits, usage counts by period and check type, request-accounting reservations, and timestamps. Paid billing records include Stripe customer, subscription, checkout-session, event and charge identifiers, subscription status, billing periods, and credit limits. Invite, checkout-claim, and recovery tokens are stored as hashes rather than plaintext. These records support authentication, credit accounting, payment verification, key recovery, and prevention of repeated fulfillment.

Payments and cookies

Stripe hosts payment collection and the customer billing portal. SureCheck does not receive your full card number or card security code. Stripe handles the payment and billing information you provide under Stripe's privacy policy. A checkout-claim cookie connects your browser to the paid key claim. Keep the same browser through checkout and key delivery.

Infrastructure and support

Render hosts the application and Supabase hosts its database. Infrastructure providers may process network and service metadata under their own policies. Email you send to support is processed by the support email provider. Do not send API keys, card details, or unnecessary contact lists to support.

Retention and requests

Usage and billing records remain in the service database for account operation and payment/accounting checks; the application does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to those records. Contact support to ask about your account information, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to remain for billing, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. Only submit data you are authorized to process.
