Phone checks use numbering-plan metadata, not live carrier data. Email checks use syntax and DNS, not guaranteed inbox delivery. Hosted single-instance service with shared capacity and cold starts. No uptime guarantee. Paid plans buy check credits, not stronger validation or dedicated capacity.

Normalized addresses, syntax checks, MX and implicit mail routes, disposable-domain flags, and role-address detection.

Shared capacity: 10 attempts per minute globally, 5 per network peer. Visitors behind the hosting proxy can share a limit. No input saved to the application database or access logs. Email domains are sent to DNS infrastructure.

Monthly charges recur until canceled. Credits reset each paid billing period, do not roll over, and phone/email share the balance. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues only through the paid period. No annual option, free paid-plan trial, automatic overage, guaranteed deliverability, live carrier checks, or SLA. Review the terms and privacy policy before subscribing.

Customer support

For billing questions, cancellations, refunds or lost keys, contact support@syensystems.com. Never email your API key or card details.

Refund within 7 days of purchase only if no check credits were used. Any credit use makes the sale final, except where law requires otherwise. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Contact support@syensystems.com to request a refund. Save your key when it is shown after verified payment. Contact support if you need help recovering access.

Replace a lost paid key

Contact support@syensystems.com. Support verifies your purchase before issuing a short-lived, single-use recovery code. Enter it here to replace all previous keys without resetting usage or billing.

Manage your subscription

Use your saved paid API key to open Stripe's billing portal, update payment details, or cancel renewal. The key stays in this browser memory, not local storage.

Never embed production keys in a public frontend. The hosted beta can take about a minute to wake after inactivity.
